Wednesday Yardening

Today I watered plants in the containers, the wildflower garden, and the prairie garden.

The morning glories in the barrel garden bloomed this morning.  The goldenraintree is blooming.  The echinacea is starting to show color.

Black raspberries and mulberries are almost done fruiting.  >_<  There are some green blackberries, though.

Do you have any blueberries? We got some of the first wave of ours, but there's a lag now, & the birds [mostly robins] seem to be getting most of them now.

We don't have blueberries. I've tried growing them, but it hasn't worked.

We have serviceberries, which taste very similar. Alas, the birds usually get all of those.
