That actually is a conversation that Phil is going to have with Hulk, when it gets to a point of Bruce and Hulk trying to patch up their relationship. It's going to be really hard to convince him that "Hulk job, Hulk protect" is okay as a grownup thing, but was wrong for anyone to expect of him as a toddler. That's so much a part of his identity, he can't understand that it shouldn't have started out that way.
