Outdoor Seating for Churches

This article explores outdoor seating for churches, with poor and good examples.   

Seating like benches or low walls invites people to stop and rest, encouraging them to think well of the host.  This should be available in the front yard, or whatever part of the lot faces the high-activity sidewalk(s) or bike path(s).

However, there's also an argument for seating in the back or other out-of-the-way places.  Sometimes people need a private place to talk.  Ideally, it should be attractive, but if all you have is a niche by the parking lot, it's better than nothing.

Some benches around the grounds are nice. If possible , a walking trail is good too.

<a href=https://www.cathedralofthepines.org/ That place is a whole location based on what you describe. My family took me there during summer vacations. As my father explained it, the "beauty of nature" is a lot closer to "God" than any cathedral. And it really is beautiful = the magnificent trees, the mountains, and the smell of pine pervading the air.
