The Steamsmith, using one of those incubator-box things (the ones for baby cheetahs) to conceive a human child.

The Steamsmith: Maybe Cecily could get some alchimal adaptive equipment. (Echolocation perhaps, or like the local-earth gizmo that has you 'see' by turning light waves into sensations on your tongue.)

T-America: Tech-control power that works with anything from flint knapped arrowheads to laser cannons.

T-America or one of the scifi serieses: discussion of language as technology.

Probably T-America: Discussion of the ethics of making robots/AIs as servants or military workers.
1) If we invent a person to do work that is dangerous or underpaid, how is that different than slavery?
2) If a capitalist company stops building the robots once they are to expensive/controversial, and the robots cannot reorosuce themselves is that genocide? If yes, how to fix and whose responsibility?

Maybe T-America: An internet-bound JARVIS-like AI having a Because You Were Nice To Me bond with a disadvantaged family/friend group and protecting them. (ie helpng street kids, illegal immigrants or refugees hide in a modern society.
