I have loved Tenser's Disc, even though it's mostly just a "carry my junk" spell that can't actually carry the caster. But you can do things like ferry other characters around with it, or tease shiny-seeking monsters with loot just out of reach. Or fill it with acid, swing it out over a balcony (and the angry soldiers below), and cancel the spell.
