Best done as a riff off of Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier where he both has reason to be on the run, and access to Black Widow who could coach him. Steve is a terrible actor, based on Captain America: The First Avenger but I suspect that's lack of experience and training. He's a fast learner; given expert advice, he should do fine.
