I did a two week live-in pet sit in a house with a super fancy shower once that had many of these features. It took me forever to figure out how to use it, and when water first started blasting from the sides, it scared the crap out of me! But, you know, the idea of a shower like this being at Tony's place makes perfect sense to me, so it was a nice little detail.
