haikujaguar had a problem with amazon recently;
the title of a book coincidentally contained a trademark,
so amazon wouldn't sell it,
even though it was ~not~ a trademark infringement.

So I'm just sayin' if authors avoid putting trademarks in titles,
amazon won't have an issue, and the authors won't have a problem.
