Journaling Prompt:
Gardens make me smile. Every day, there is something new to see -- a different flower blooming, fruit or vegetables ripening, insects flying, other wildlife, a kaleidoscope of life. We can be driving along and suddenly see a prairie restoration patch waving with wildflowers. Penstemon in late spring gives way to coneflowers and Queen Anne's lace; in fall there will be asters and goldenrods, with finches pecking seeds out of the brown coneflower heads.
