But if he had a friend who loved his art and asked him to decorate a prosthetic, while they weren't wearing it, I suspect that would be different. And if that was well enough received, it could lead to more. The situation would doubtless have to be just right to get past that squeamishness, for the first one (or few), but that's been true of a lot of things Shiv has tried. Too much trauma in his background to try new things with people easily, though he's growing.
