1) Poems designed to be performed by two or more people, particularly if they will not work solo. Think how Protactile cannot be spoken without a listener, or how some music or dance performances (or ice-pair-skating) require multiple people synergizing. Check out the teamwork in this music video:

2) Most human poems can be structures to present best in speech (iambic pentameter, anything that rhymes, some music), or written appearance (concrete poems*, poems in sign language** ).

What might a poem in other linguistic modalities look like? I'm sure from inference that tactile poetry exists, but I have not perceived evidence of it. What about echolocated poetry? Pheromone poetry - the closest humans might be able to get to this is perfume, cookery, or flowers?
