It's interesting to see all the things that T-America is doing with the rubble that has to be cleared from the roads and cities of the West Coast before repairs can be made. Instead of shoving it into landfills, they're salvaging as much as they can for other purposes. Once freed from the concrete, rebar is perfectly good iron useful for many purposes. Solid concrete can be used as pavers or crushed to gravel. Broken glass can be recycled.
