I made Apple Cider Caramel Sauce.  This has been a favorite since the very first batch.  It's a very easy way to make caramel sauce, and you can start with a wide range of sweet liquid as a base.

Now I'm imagining sarsaparilla caramel. Or a high-quality root beer!

Yum! I recently made salted caramel for the first time to go into icing for apple cinnamon rolls. They were tasty & I still have lots of caramel left over.

I used some to make my chai tea latte this morning. I need to get some vanilla ice cream or something else to put it on.
