Recipe: "Fresh Kielbasa"
Dec. 1st, 2021 09:47 pmWe made the Fresh Kielbasa tonight. I was surprised by how much it really did taste like kielbasa! We fried up a small patty to taste-test. We'll let the rest of it sit in the fridge so the flavors can blend more, then cook it with sauerkraut later. I have an idea to make little meatballs of it, which should cook faster, and then we don't have to cut a giant sausage into bite-sized pieces. \o/
