Coping Skills: Act Opposite

Folks have mentioned an interest in questions and conversations that make them think. So I've decided to offer more of those. This is the current list of coping skills.

8. Act opposite of negative feelings.

This is helpful if your feelings are currently inaccurate -- especially if they are consistently unreliable in specific situations.

If they are factual, this can be very dangerous.
