The local cops in a town where the C-suite folks live (1-acre lots with $$$mil homes) pulled a brown person driving an expensive car slowly down the street one night. After checking the address on the ID, which matched the driver, who claimed he was going home, they reluctantly sent him on his way. Nevertheless, the town government and police department were taken seriously aback when representatives of the legal team for the CEO of one of the two major US Spanish-language TV networks arrived the next morning bearing documents claiming multiple civil rights violations and requesting significant damages.
