Boss Blaster now owns enough parkland that he could hire a groundskeeper if someone wants that job. Thus far the work is just getting spread around the neighborhood.

Note that most of the landscaping is self-maintaining once established, mostly native species. The only major planting of non-natives that I've seen was the tulips in Stone Soup Park, and those were left over from someone else's job.
