Peanut Butter and Pork
Continuing yesterday's experiment with nut'n'seed butter, we dug out some pork chops from the freezer. Then I looked for recipes using peanut butter, figuring those would adapt well to this mixed butter. Basically I wanted to figure out what flavors commonly went with peanut butter in recipes so I can use those to season the nut'n'seed butter and brush it on the chops before cooking them.
Commonly occurring spices include coriander, garlic, ginger, and cayenne or red pepper flakes. Honey, onion, and Worcestershire sauce are among the other ingredients.

Ginger, soy sauce and rice vinegar will give you something approximating satay sauce.

Personally, if I'm going noodley I like to use a crunchy nut butter for added texture.
