I'm not sure. I haven't seen any articles on those topics. However, many dolphins are greatly fond of toys, so they may very well think of using objects for sex.

The closest example I can think of is the very disturbing programs for reproducing orcas, in which captive males are trained to ejaculated into containers. So clearly such things are possible.
