Not sure if it fits, but I'd like to see Shiv dealing with a language barrier the best of anyone at the lair/gov office/public space. If he can communicate with Persia, he can communicate with a lost Kurdish-speaking refugee... If the person he helps is recenly from the Middle East he will likely earn a food reward, too. Maybe add in one of those annoying "This is America, we speak American!" types for Shiv to deal with, /politely/ [evil grin].
