This article lists 5 species most likely to survive climate change.  They're all good bets.  Humans are not on the list; neither are tardigrades.  I'm sure tardigrades will survive.  I suspect humans will too, although civilization is a long shot at best.

I don't know... I think as long as a quorum of humans survive (Enough of us to form small, isolated bands of between two dozen and a hundred and fifty people), there will be some of civilization, because that's what humans do -- though the types of civilization we have now will crumble before reinventing themselves into something new.

If there isn't that quorum, however, I fear that the species will eventually die out within a few generations. Because we are a much more deeply social species than we like to admit (I'm thinking honeybee level).
