A key reason why T-American police enjoy a less violent work life is because, when they see someone struggling like Turq is, they reach out and try to fix the problem before it gets really bad. Better mental health and better community-police relations mean fewer cops getting injured or killed on duty and also fewer civilian injuries/deaths. \o/
