I'd be interested in anything about executive dysfunction, particularly that nasty tendency people have of mixing up motivation with function ('you just need to WANT to clean your room' while I've literally been intending to go grab my favorite book and read it for the past hour but can't quite get to the first step.)
Additionally, the idea that neurodivergence is speciated. It's not neurodivegent if your whole species does it, but if you're raised out of that context, it can seem neurodivergent or even pathological. Or if you're out of context. For instance, if the Teff crew went somewhere that had ASD as a standard (loads of diversity, but nobody is Core-Standard!NT). OOOooh, Schrodinger's Heroes teff over into Army of One for a bit. What about people who self-medicate their varience issues with alcohol? That would put them under Shaeth, right? I can picture his Paladin going about spare with a group who drinks not to escape their own pain, but to tolerate other people's behavior towards them (often, the problem isn't my difference, it's the REACTION to my difference, and while I don't, many deal with that by drinking so they don't care what others say)
