The way some folks I know describe haggis is as a a sort of odd meatloaf. which actually works well as a description.

As for testicles & testosterone, I think cooking them would pretty much destroy the testosterone.

Now if you are into eating them *raw*... :-)

Oh yeah, T is required in females for their sex drive. so that's something to keep in mind. :-)
