Interesting. Is onion rings not a normal part of the menu in the USA?

We had the McAussie for a while, which was *awesome* - beef patty, lettuce, onion, tomato, fried egg, beetroot. So good. Fried egg and beetroot is normal on burgers here. Though not so much at Maccas at the moment.

I've had onion rings from a drive-through before, but I don't think it was McDonald's.

No onion rings where I work.

I haven't ever had fried egg on any hamburgers that weren't advertised as breakfast food. Maybe I'll try it at home sometime.
