I could see Shiv getting into that. One of his standard small-scale products is coinage defaced with various designs. That's pretty similar to some of these -- and even moreso to the old kingsman coins where people would carry a disk stamped with the face of someone they supported. Punching a hole to hang one would be easy. Teasing out a pin from the back would be trickier, but Shiv could probably figure it out eventually.

Agreed.

They seem to be part of Terramagne's generally stronger tendency toward nonverbal communication. In fact, if you factor in that each saint was known for addressing certain problems, it's very nearly an early form of social alert button. Some modern milagros are even more explicit, depicting a body part or other symbol of complaint.
