Yep! We've got a number of merchant who make them (Fettered Cock Pewters being the one that comes to mind first, but there's also Billy and Charlie). Almost every cannoneer I know has a St. Barbara badge, & so do a lot of people who don't blow things up in the SCA but do just that in the military.

We also have a lot of people casting metal, & a popular thing to make is, of course, more pilgrim's badges. They're often used as site tokens, so you can look at, say, someone's hat, & read off a lot of the events they've been to.

Pilgrim's badges are FUN.
