(Having to talk the Dell rep through a 45-minute bullshit "troubleshooting" session before they'll dispatch the part I knew I needed before I got online *every time* gets old REAL QUICK.)

Oh ghodz this this this this this! I actually quit dealing with Dell for precisely that reason, and told them so.
