I sometimes use a little arrowroot to make things a tad thicker. And for a tad off pep in the chili (if I'm feeling a need to roast my mouth and be reckless.) I use a blend of ancho chile, cumin, garlic, Mexican oregano, and cayenne. But It's good, and kicks up even canned chili. *happily clings to the new story like a little barnacle* How are the bots doing? Are we going to see them here too?
