Why is she accorded the title of _Doctor_ Infanta anyway?
It may not be the correct "why", but she's a healer, and rather a powerful one, when she opts to use her powers in that mode, and I think also knowledgeable, by experience at least, of bodies and how they work and take damage and can be repaired.
