Good for Turq. It's good to see him get even a little more help. Accept just a little bit more help. Must be nice for Ansel too to see this proof that while progress is very slow and has to be, that he IS helping Turq. Through he doesn't know his name (yet) Mr. Dipper has been added to the list of people Ansel would like to arrest.

And dialecticdreamer is right - this hits you right in the feels. It is NICE to see someone get help, actual help, that they need so badly instead of the usual L-America mess of too-little-real-help, not-help and outright abuse to situations like this.
