The original spelling of (what is most often spelled Rebecca in English) is רִבְקָה, which I'm pretty sure isn't what you want. It's pronounced Rivká in Hebrew, or Rívkə in Yiddish and Yiddish-influenced English. "Rebekah" may be what you're thinking of: (Wikipedia)
Rebecca (also spelled Rebekah) (Hebrew: רִבְקָה, Modern Rivká, from the Hebrew ribhqeh (lit., "connection"), from Semitic root r-b-q, "to tie, couple or join", "to secure", or "to snare")

I found the following wording very confusing for a few moments:
The Preacherman (Ezekiel [Zeke] Harmon) -- Tall (190cm), gaunt (60-65 kg), pale. Stringy black hair, except for a small clump which turned silver from the event in which he gained his powers. Piercing gray eyes. Only son, and youngest of four children. Zeke is currently 25. Daughters one (35) and three (28) are married, live in town, and are raising families. Daughter two (32) hitched a ride and got out of town in her mid-teens; hasn't been seen since.
("His daughters are older than he is?! Did I miss a superpower somewhere?") Since the whole paragraph is about Zeke and his family, and so far (plus the next two sentences) it doesn't even mention his parents, I suggest changing to
Sisters one (35) and three (28) are married, live in town, and are raising families. Number two (32) hitched a ride and got out of town in her mid-teens; hasn't been seen since.
