Yes, you may.

It's an important difference, because Terramagne has more respect for people's option to live a private life -- a majority of soups are actually crickets. Granny Whammy, well, she's a child of her age and that's where she gets the inclination to try basically drafting everyone with superpowers to become a superhero. In practice that doesn't work out so well.

I am also very insistent about the balance of responsibility and authority. Where there is no authority or resources to accomplish things, there can be no responsibility for outcomes, because people can only be held responsible for things they could actually do. It is abusive to blame people for things outside their control. Conversely, authority without responsibility is corruption. The two always have to stay in balance for things to work properly and be ethical.
